We will guard your privacy at all times, and will never reveal any of your details to anyone else. Although you cannot directly make purchases on our website, we still will take great care to keep all details secure and private.

Rosedene Floral Studio can be contacted at any time using the details outlined on the Contact Us page. It is our policy to provide fast, responsive, customer service. We go to great lengths to ensure customers are happy and that all e-mails and any concerns are dealt with promptly.


Although we do not accept on-line payments at this time, we do  take security issues very seriously and we regard all credit card and invoicing/shipping details as highly confidential. Absolutely no information is shared with any other party. All payments to us will made be in New Zealand dollars and current currency exchange rates will apply. We accept all major credit cards, cheques and EFTPOS sales.

Refund Policies

We are dedicated to offering you a first class service. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us. We have an understanding philosophy that helps to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. While return of your order is not always practical, if  the reason for your dissatisfaction is the result of our error, then a refund will be made. Please contact us before returning any purchase or requesting a refund.


Orders are dispatched each business day using the best service for your area. Local orders are often delivered personally by us, by courier within New Zealand or through Teleflora when they are to be delivered overseas.
